Food is awesome, and portion size is bordering on silly. Most definitely worth the trip. They also have great vegetarian options.

Perfectly done seafood, huge portion sizes, too many french fries. We shared a combination platter. We didn't have dessert but heard others say how delightful they are.

WOW! The food is spilling off the huge plate and the taste... Wow! I got a Prime Rib burger (special of the week) with the "hand cut" fries and couldn't finish half of the food given, tasted fantastic. Service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was down home pleasant. Busy but our food was on the table before expected. To bad I live 300 miles away.

You will not leave hungry. Found out that I like clam tenderloin better than belly clams. Enjoyed the slaw too. I'm usually a big fan of sweet potato fries but had to leave most of them because they were under done but v there was so much other food it was ok. Don't skip the tasty rolls in the beginning either.

Not recommended if you're looking for a small meal. Not inexpensive either. we stopped in for a quick bite to eat and the waitress made us feel rushed to order. We weren't hungry for a big meal like we saw walking in, so we ordered an appetizer. We told the waitress we would share. she brought us an appetizer and an extra plate, when she handed us the menu there was an additional $2 charge for an appetizer because we shared it. For this reason alone we would not recommend it and will not return. $16 for an appetizer and 2 glasses of iced tea.

Amazing!! 2 plus days in ME. Best meal of the trip hand down!! Working mans portions. If you are fearful of food, beware. You will not leave hungry. Only regret.... I did not choose the seafood platter. Saw two couples orders walk bye our table and they look delicious. On my return hit list for sure!!

All I can say is expect to bring home leftovers! My family and myself went to Grammy's while up visiting and wow. Pretty much like going to your own Grammy's, you are definitely not going to leave here hungry! So start fasting for a few days and then go check out this great restaurant. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere.

The sandwiches and the french fries are really good. The portions are huge. The service is good. You would not believe the giant pile of food you will get, until you come here. The french fries were really delicious. This place is basically like a diner, with a nice down home kinda vibe to it.

You will have more than one meal when you come here! Would definitely recommend the whoopie pies! Great home cooked food and nice wait staff

We arrived by snowmobile. Place is clean and friendly. Mostly fried food, but they are happy to fit your dietary needs. Regular menu items are huge! Huge portion desserts too.

Its a terrific place to go and have a cup of coffee and eat with your friends/family. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Wonderful place

This is the best place ever!!! The servings are huge, so make sure to get a small of everything, because it's basically a large! The prices are SO reasonable, especially when you see how much food you get for your money. I could not be more pleased!! I will be coming here all the time!! Would highly recommend!!

Large portions of delicious food. Pastries are amazing. We were traveling through, and I almost didn't stop. The parking lot was empty and there was a for sale sign on the building. Decided to try it anyway, and loved it so much we went back two more times during our week there. Highly recommend

The food here is great if you're longing for a good ol' fry up and have a huge appetite. For normal people I recommend sharing a meal between two or you're going to be taking food home. I have given this place only four stars and not five only because the size of the portions and type of food is generally a 'heart attack on a plate'. The staff are super friendly, and the restaurant very welcoming.

I have been here four times. The service is terrific and the food is so good. The portions are ginormous. I have come here three separate times with a very large party and they were very accommodating, especially with the children.

Where else can you go and get food this delicious for such a great price?! Literally NOTHING compares to Grammy’s!! The portions of the food are huge, the prices are incredibly low and the service is top-notch. My friends and family will make trips to the US simply for the food here!! If you are in the nearby vicinity or want to make a fun road trip, I would highly recommend coming to Grammy’s Country Inn!!

Stopped by to catch up with some friends and grab some good food. As usual, I wad not disappointed! The buffalo chicken finger burger was delicious, and I upgraded to a poutine for a side which was phenomenal! The portions were big enough for two meals, which is always great at the price that this place sells at. Win, win, win!

More than you expect. So we went for business in the area and looked up local food. Otherwise we would never have found this place. Amazing food and great prices! That first sentence is their motto and the live up to it. I challenge anyone to finish a regular portion. This place is awesome

The food was surprisingly good for a random spot on what felt like a desolate back road. Delicious, and GIANT serving sizes. This was the first time I needed a to-go box, ever. Staff was the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. We were obviously not from around there and they actually closed the door to the back room where we were sitting alone, then proceeded to completely mess up our total price at the register 3 different times. Even still, would go again for the food.

Grammy's is a friendly little restaurant that's kinda out in the boonies but so worth the trip. They have a wide selection of choices you can order, and the portions! If you need to know anything about Grammy's it's you will go there hungry and leave full with a couple of doggy bags! I got the spaghetti and I easily had a pound of spaghetti on my plate. And the staff is so nice, knowledgeable about their dishes. And their desserts are to die for. I got a HUGE cream puff that could easily have feed 2 other people besides me.All in all. Great place to dine out and enjoy good food!

Portions are way over the top... It's been 20+ years since my last visit to Grammy"s restaurant. It has not changed much. Simply good food and great service. The owners have been doing this for 30 years and there still is a passion for what they do, it is obvious given the portions and quality of the food. Great memories today going back after so many years.

Holds true to the saying "where you get more than you expect. Apple crisp was AMAZING. Thank you can't wait for my next trip up.

Good country home style food in a friendly family atmosphere. Portions are tremendous and the desserts are gigantic. I had dinner only but my co-worker the breakfast was great as well.

Worth the drive! Visiting Bar Harbor from Denver. Drove the Million Dollar Biway, stopped here for fried Fiddleheads (ahem, never heard of these, and SO good), fried clams, and a lobster grilled cheese. Excellent food, excellent service!!

It's a classic restaurant for most of my friends. The food there is really good and the serving sizes are very generous. I've loved taking a group of friends over and seeing who could actually finish all the food they ordered. One of my favorites is the deep fried bacon. I love their burgers though, but I'm a very burger-liking guy.

Awesome food, prices and huge portions! Homemade tastes that ease the homesickness.
